Seller, market, and currency

OT GO, INC., a Delaware corporation, is the seller operating under the Whisk & Margin brand. The paid launch accepts US and Japan billing addresses. Listed prices are USD base prices. Eligible customers in Japan may see and pay a final JPY amount calculated by Stripe and disclosed in Checkout before payment. Contact: support@whiskandmargin.com.

Products and delivery

Products are digital files. Paid access begins only after payment is confirmed and fulfillment checks pass. Signed links expire after seven days, allow up to five downloads, and may be revoked after a refund or suspected abuse. The free resource is delivered by email after request.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking your inputs, formulas, software compatibility, tax treatment, and business decisions. Examples are synthetic and may not reflect your operation.

Intellectual property

Purchase transfers a license, not ownership of the source product. The separate Digital Product License governs permitted and prohibited use.

Availability and liability

We may correct errors or suspend access to protect the service. To the extent allowed by law, the files are provided without a promise of business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where a customer resides. Disputes will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction over OT GO, INC. This page is general information and not legal advice.
