Refund policy

A practical policy for digital files.

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Because these products are downloadable digital files, sales are generally final once access is provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Defective or inaccessible files

If a purchased ZIP is corrupt, materially incomplete, or inaccessible, email support@whiskandmargin.com within 14 days of purchase with the product name and order ID. We will first try to provide a working replacement. If we cannot, we will review a refund.

Billing-address eligibility

This launch is limited to US and Japan billing addresses. If a paid Checkout session is later verified with another billing country, or conflicts with the country selected before Checkout, fulfillment is withheld and the order must be reviewed for a refund.

Refund effect

When a full refund is recorded, the paid download is revoked. Partial and full refund status remains attached to the order record.

Change of mind

A change of mind, software preference, or failure to replace example values is not normally grounds for a refund after the files have been accessed. Your statutory rights are not limited.
