Who is responsible

OT GO, INC., a Delaware corporation, operates Whisk & Margin. Privacy requests can be sent to support@whiskandmargin.com.

Data we use

For paid orders, Stripe processes payment details and returns the order ID, product SKU, buyer email, amount, currency, payment and refund status, and billing country. The fulfillment service records delivery status, timestamps, download count, and request ID. For the free resource, we store the submitted email, resource SKU, delivery status, and timestamps. We do not store full card details.

Why we use it

We use this data to process payment, verify launch eligibility, deliver requested files, secure and revoke paid downloads, record delivery and download events, diagnose failures, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations. We do not add free-resource recipients to promotional marketing without separate consent.

Providers and retention

Stripe processes payments, Netlify hosts the site and fulfillment records, and Resend sends transactional delivery email. Order and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

Your choices

Email support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

No advertising cookies or behavioral analytics are configured at launch.
