License grant

Subject to payment where required, OT GO, INC., a Delaware corporation, grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the purchased files for the internal operations and customer-facing marketing of one business operator team.

Permitted use

• Edit the workbook with your own business inputs.
• Adapt included copy and graphics for the purchasing business’s own menu and campaign.
• Create internal working copies and reasonable backups.

Not permitted

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or give away the source files.
• Offer a substantially similar template, workbook, or asset pack based on these files.
• Remove ownership notices and represent the source system as your own product.
